Long time, no post!

You know, I had sincerely hoped that once school let out, our lives would settle down a bit. BUT, here we are, going into week 2 of summer break, and we are on the go, non-stop. Oh, well. I can at least say we've been having fun.

I finished my first round of "maintenance" treatments on the Thursday before Memorial Day. Nothing very interesting to report. I do like things to be uneventful, sometimes. :)

Some of you may remember that we rented a lake house with some friends over July 4th, last year. Well, we got together with the same friends for Memorial Day. We had a blast!

We stayed in Alabama at a new "Resort." You can check it out here. It is brand new, and you can really tell! We stayed in Lakefront House #7, the biggest one they have. (Another family drove up from Florida to join us, as well.) If you click on that link, you can see all of our "junk" hanging off the balcony railings. :) AND, if you check out any of the Villa tabs, you can get a small glimpse of me and DD#1 in the pool. I'm the person right beside the 3FT sign, and DD#1 is in front of the rail for the steps. (Pretty scary, I know, but, hey, we were on vacation. No time to worry about the way you look. )And the little girl and dad that you can see playing were with us.

I'd like to thank D,B, & WW for a great time! And, thank D, K, D, & PH for joining us! OH! And we're glad Gramma could go with us!
